- 30ml | 1oz Lyres White Cane Spirit*
- 30ml | 1oz Lyre’s Coffee Originale
- 30ml | 1oz SOLO Coffee Concentrate*
- 10ml | 0.3oz coconut syrup

Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker and give what a firm “Dry Shake” which means shaking with no ice; then add ice to the shaker and give it a good shake before straining into your Coupette (or alternatively any stemmed glass). If you’ve shaken it enough and the dilution balance is right, you should have a beautiful silky texture and foamy head on the top of the cocktail, to which you can add your dried Coconut garnish to finish, et voila!
Side note: Even if your shaking skills don’t give you the classic Espresso Martini foamy head you’d expect, it’s still going to taste delicious, our recipe using Lyres never fails to hit the Healthy Hedonist spot!

Home-made Ingredients
Coconut Syrup:
Two parts coconut sugar to one part water.
Gently heat on a low flame, stirring until you melt the sugar.
Leave to cool.
Keep the coconut syrup in the fridge (it will last a week.)
